  • monday-thursday: minimum 4 hours @ $208/ hour (inclusive of prevailing gst rates)

    friday-sunday/ ph/ eve of ph: minimum 4 hours @ $318/ hour (inclusive of prevailing gst rates)

    standard cleaning fee of $130.80 is required (inclusive of prevailing gst rates)

    free cancellation/ reschedule is allowed 30 days before the event date/ time. maximum of 1 reschedule, subjected to availability.

    we regret to inform you that there are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event date/ time.

  • yes, there are about 30 visitor car park lots located at Level 4.

    Please note that the visitor’s lots are shared between all tenants within the building.
