  • Monday-Thursday: Minimum 4 Hours @ $188/ hour

    Friday-Sunday/ PH/ Eve of PH: Minimum 4 Hours @ $288/ hour

  • Confirmation is by a first-come-first serve basis. We may softbook the date that you’re interested in and you will have the priority to book the venue first if another party is keen on the same date.

    In this case, you would need to pay the base venue rental rate to confirm your booking first. If not, the date shall be released to the other party.

    For Food Catering and Beverages, please confirm at least 14 working days prior to the event date.

  • We understand that plans sometimes change :(

    Free Cancellation/ reschedule is allowed 30 days before the event date/ time. Maximum of 1 reschedule, subjected to availability.

    We regret to inform you that there are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days of the event date/ time.

  • External vendors are allowed at no additional costs.

  • Yes, there are about 30 Visitor Car Park Lots located at Level 4.

    Please note that the Visitor’s Lots are shared within all tenants in the building.
