Important Notes:

• Outdoor setups are not available.

• Sheltered outdoor locations (such as void decks) may lead to balloon oxidation, so please keep this in mind before placing your order.

• Floating Time for 12" Helium Balloons: Approximately 7-10 hours, depending on weather conditions, temperature, and handling/storage. We recommend collecting or delivering the balloons 1-2 hours before the event starts.

• Please avoid exposing the balloons to high temperatures, direct sunlight, friction, or excessive force, as these can cause deflation.

• Keep balloons away from sharp objects and edges during placement.
